About Mark Shadrin

Mark Shadrin's real estate journey began at 21 when he purchased his first home using a
house hacking strategy, turning homeownership into his first step toward becoming a
landlord and real estate investor. At the same time, Mark worked in Human Services and
studied Accounting and Business Management at a local community college. Working with
clients facing complex challenges taught him the importance of listening, communicating
clearly, remaining persistent, and following through. These principles continue to shape
how he serves his clients today.
Mark became a Real Estate Broker in 2015 and later became Team Lead of the GoodHome
Group. Since then, Mark and his team have closed over 200 million dollars in real estate
sales. His firsthand experience extends beyond sales to rental properties, renovations, new
construction, and development, giving his clients a practical perspective on real estate.
Mark and the GoodHome Group have earned Chairman's Circle recognition since 2018 and
have ranked among the top 1 percent of brokers in the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices
network since 2021. Mark and his team serve buyers, sellers, investors, builders, and
property owners throughout Oregon's Willamette Valley.
Outside of real estate, Mark enjoys Oregon's outdoors, traveling, and challenging himself
with new experiences. He has completed three marathons and even jumped out of a
couple of decent airplanes. Whether in business or adventure, persistence and tenacity
have always defined his approach.
